It is my great joy and honour to welcome you to the Sisters website. We are embarking on a journey together, a journey that I believe will change the world. Women are coming together as never before to step up, speak up, and stand up for a better way of life.

It is becoming increasingly clear that existing structures are outliving their usefulness. Economically, environmentally, politically, and domestically, too often the greed of the few is triumphing over the needs of the many.

Here at the Sisters we seek to change that. We envision a world based on values of compassion, collaboration, understanding, reconciliation, and environmental stewardship, and we accelerate progress towards this better world by bringing women together to support and inspire each other, to combine voices, and to pool resources as we pursue world-changing projects.

Creating this website is the first step on our journey. Here we share stories of women who had a vision of how they could make the world a better place, and made that vision a reality. These women share how they set aside self-limiting beliefs, overcame obstacles, and discovered qualities of strength, creativity, and leadership they didn’t know they had. They spread ripples of inspiration through our global community of Sisters, transforming each of us that bears witness to their story, and showing us how we, too, can set aside doubt and fear and make a positive difference in the world.
